Certified Public Accountant - Manager

Born in 1964 in Sarıkamış district of Kars province.

Completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara.

Graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1986. He received his master's degree in Accounting-Finance.

He served as a tax inspector and head of the tax audit office between 1990 and 1997.

He served as an expert during the establishment of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board between 1997 and 1998.

He worked as the Accounting System Director and Financial Affairs Group President at Bera Holding A.Ş. (titled Kombassan Holding A.Ş. during the period between 1998 and 2005).

He worked as a Certified Public Accountant between 2005 and 2024 and has knowledge and experience in capital market legislation.
